No Dues increase for 2010 

 Owner/Management Company Membership

 

An owner, management company, broker or locator who manages housing for themselves or for others in the following counties:  Smith, Anderson, Cherokee, Delta, Hopkins, Rains or Van Zandt (Only) 

 

Basic Rate $100.00 + Rate Per Rental Dwelling $1.60

 

Membership Year starts on June 1st.  All new memberships will pay a full year of membership up front and the second year of membership will be pro-rated.

 

Membership Application

 

Mail your membership application along with a check for your first year to: PO Box 7223. Tyler, TX  75711.

Your membership will be approved at our next scheduled board meeting.  You can find the dates on the Schedule of Events page of this web-site. Please make sure your application and first year's dues arrive at least 5 days before the scheduled board meeting. Member benefits will begin after your membership approval.

A vendor of goods and or services to the Tyler Apartment Owners and Management Companies.

 

 

Basic Rate $180.00
